The collared dove on my chimney needs to sod off, cooing at 5am is not necassary if it's loud enough to wake me in another room.
Followed by insistant walking over me by Her Furriness, because my being awake automatically means it's time for breakfast

When the ole alarm went off at 3 AM I thought, "I am coming in on my day off, I am gonna hit snooze as long as I want"
3:10 AM mmmm my pillows are soo soft and nesty (this is a common theme in my waking thoughts)
3:20 AM I love Lily (my dog) she has the warmest belly and it is kinda cold in here
3:30 AM A hamburger for breakfast sounds good, time to get up and get moving

Ha Ha, same here, I woke up 2 hours before my alarm went off, then when it did I laughed...Up an' at 'em!

Good luck with Step 4! It was a tough one for me, but it was also the first one I ever did and it was very, very detailed and difficult, but in the end (Step 5) is was so worth it, and really freed me.

Aww thanks ever so for the luck. It's the first I've done too, so will require lots of work. As many say, it's the most loving thing they did for themselves and I'm hanging on to that thought

I woke up to the crack of thunder and the sky lite up by lightening..and a few scared dogs. My first reaction when I heard the first crack of thunder was "wth was that?" and "what the hell time is it?"
