Going to dinner at the bosses' house, my contribution is a scratch made applesauce cake with cream chese frosting and a completely made up roasted vegetable gratin that smells delicious, hopefully it tastes good as well.

Baked ,Spiralled Cut, Glazed, Bone In Ham
Bleu devils (Devilled eggs with a kick)
Sauteed fresh asparagus in EVOO with Garlic Salt and bacon chips
Fresh Tomato wedges
Avocado wedges
Corn
Carrot Cake Cupcakes
(I was able to make Miss Scarlett TWO plates to take back with her for this week...grins...and I am saving that ginormous bone with some bits of goodies on it...to make a crock full of Navy Beans this week..yummers...)

Made a spiral honey baked ham, mashed potatoes and ham gravy.
We also had a sweet potato casserole, a green bean casserole, a cheesy corn casserole, a tossed salad, rolls, with my cherry enchiladas for dessert. Keeping the ham bone with lots of good bits (same as clay!) for soup later on... only mine will be a ham and field pea soup.

Tons of leftovers. Wolfz7 had asked me to save her a plate. I saved even more than that for when she gets here on Tuesday!

Well, seeing that I didn't take anything out to thaw for tonight, we'll probably have a frozen Stouffer's Lasagna & salad or breakfast breakfast for dinner. Mmmm maybe some french toast & turkey bacon

Tonight was my first official dinner since I got out of the hospital, so I made sure it was a good one. We had beef tenderloin with a baked potato and fresh garden salad. Everything turned out perfect!
