Cold, wet and windy. I got so cold working outside today I thought I'd never be warm again. Entirely my own fault. Didn't wear enough clothes.....

Yesterday was in the 80's sunny and cloudy with a bit of breez,tomorrow will be much the same.I wish we would get some rain cause we are 41/2 inches short on the water table.I bought some new sweaters last week it needs to get cool enough to wear them soon.

It is raining like hell here in Austin! So much so that we are now under a flash flood warning,,I'm really happy to see it but we need it to slow down a little so the ground can soak it all up!

Had copious amounts of rain yesterday/last night. Still under a flash flood warning although its not raining right at the moment. I'm not complaining it's the most rain we have had at one time since the spring. We had a terrible drought this summer.

I love the rain so it's all good

Tide is receding so we're headed to the beach. Every other year I can remember, we were wearing warm coats by now. Maybe this year the little children won't have to wear winter coats over their Hallowe'en costumes. Sob! I hope they don't--it just looks so sad.
