I was gonna make smashed taters, but I ran out of butter....

how did I manage to run out of butter? I never run out of butter.... now what? I don't think I want to try substituting cheese... it works on baked taters but not on mashed... heck. How did I manage to run out of butter, of all things, butter?

After a week forced vacation I didn't accomplished half of my list " things to do " . Going back to work for one day on Friday and I am not sure how will I feel after I passed out on top of a patient from stress and exhaustion .

I am embarrassed , but everyone at work thinks it's funny that patient have to catch me not to crack my head on OR table . I was sleep before I had a chance to put him sleep . I am happy I don't remember , but still everyone else does .
