still nursing the broken foot. i had a new, less cumbersome air cast put on today. still toughing it out without any pain medication. i am officially not able to return to work until thursday. hung out with my boy brent today. we were getting our plan together for our big move. we will be roommates starting in november. i am really excited about that. i had an uneventful weekend.

....awake at almost 5am and having been awake since 2:30ish....not happy and not amused....wishing I could put my ear plugs in but needing to hear the alarm which is set for 9....remembering hearing about studies done on the effects of lack of sleep on the body and how some people literally lose their minds without it....I can see how.

excited to go back to work tomorrow. i have adjusted well to my new air cast. i don't think it will limit my movements in the kitchen. i had a great session with my therapist today...and i had lunch with my best friend. i haven't talked to my sweetie yet today, but other than that, all is going well for me.

busy week at work. still in an aircast for the broken foot...another 3 weeks of wearing it. i am able to get around pretty well though. move into my new apartment on nov.1st. my best friend brent and i are going to be roommates. i am looking forward to that. i am sure it will be a typical bachelor pad. we are going shopping for furniture on monday. it will be fun.
