1 1/2 cups boiled cabbage
Large iceberg lettuce salad w/ no cal dressing
Bottled water......

And no,there was no drawn butter to dip the lobster in......rats!!!

We tried a new to us BBQ joint downtown...Jazzy's BBQ... was not so great... so we made it better with ice cream afterwards!

last night was a turkey sandwich on natural grain bread with a bit of mayo, mustard, some tomatoes and onions and some wavy chips. pepsi max. on the fly at work.

tonight on the fly at work again I'm picking up chez burgers from McDs cause I somehow have a craving for them and maybe chicken nuggets.

welll.you see...it is like this.....since errands took up a HUGE part of the afternoon and into evening......was "forced" to eat at the local AYCE Sushi/buffet.......yummmmmmm.
I made a Lemon Cloud Pie...so just HAD to have a sliver...you know..to make sure it turned out ok!!!
For tomorrow I am making Taco Soup......
For appetizers, I made "TexMex Caviar"......to eat with Scoops Tostitos...yummo...will add a chopped up green onion to it tomorrow when we eat it....and top with shredded cheese...and another sliver of that gawd awful Lemon Cloud Pie...huge smiles...
I just LOVE to cook when I have others to help me eat the things and to eat with me...

Tonight is my night to cook so I am making beef enchiladas, chimichurro rice, and corn on the cob. For desert I made an apricot ginger torte. mmmmmmm.
