Starbucks... Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Downside, the nearest one is nearly an hour away. FML. The only coffee shop local is a little German one. Their coffee sucks and there's something about paying $5.64 for a 12oz cuppa that I cannot do.

Today: banana, pineapple, plain yoghurt, oats, whey protein and some chia seeds..oh!..and some coconut milk.

This morning I had my usual work breakfast (though I'm off today...wee!): high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal with skim milk and walnuts and pecans and fresh blueberries and low acid oj to drink.
