I have to run the vacuum back and forth over a some lint before it finally sucks it up, yet get within 10 ft of a throw rug with fringe and it turns into a vortex from a tornado.

A patient called me (the provider) yelling about a change in their health insurance-a higher copay, a deductible, a non-covered charge. They chose the policy, not me.

Do they not realize that it is easier for me to NOT send them a bill?
