A bit anxious.

I'm taking my father to the hospital for two MRI today. Getting him out of the facility and into a hospital and into the services and then putting all of that in reveres. He will refuse to use a walker so hopefully his cane is sufficient. If not, I'll need to ask staff for a wheelchair. I don't know how he will do with the MRI. Everything is stiff and painful. I also hope he remembers I told him he needs to wear a depends because he won't be able to rush to the bathroom if the need arises.

I'm also anxious because of an email detailing all of the next steps and options with purchasing my home. Hopefully talking to my loan officer this afternoon to explain some things and answer some questions.

You've got this. Ask the staff where the MRI is taking place for assistance ahead of time and your loan officer should be able to make things more clear.

This was manifested! There was one elevator out that resulted in extra walking but after all of the events he agreed to go into a wheelchair so I was able to wheel him out to the valet parking I had set up and got him into the car and then back up into his apartment. Apparently he was really rough after the MRI so staff came out to get me and tell me they secured a wheelchair for him. That was golden.

The meeting with the loan officer was full of clarity and we are on a solid trajectory to have closure on this in the next 30-60 days. Woooooo!

OMG totally forgot this was supposed to be two words... my bad!!!

My heart is in California watching the fires leave mass destruction. Prayers to residents and especially all the firefighters. This is just disastrous.

I just noticed that my avatar pic <------- looks more like me now than it has since I created it years ago. It's because of how it has grown out since the chemo. I have this sort of Marilyn Monroe in The Seven Year Itch relaxed hairstyle now.
