Hi,

I made chicken enchiladas. Not my best effort because I did not make a green sauce. I made a simple red sauce which is good but not as yummy as a green sauce. In case you are curious, I used corn tortillas because that is very good.

I reheated frozen pizza that ted made me last night...but I wasn't hungry last night...it had heaps of veggies...now I'm gonna have some fro yo....I only ate the pizza so I could have the frozen yogurt without guilt...just sayin'

I made an awesome sandwich that tasted just like subway!

I used my multigrain diet bread and toasted it
I then folded a piece of low sodium turkey breast and put on the one side
then a slice of ham folded in half and put on top of the turkey breast
then a slice of American cheese
a handful of skinned and sliced cucumbers
a dill pickle sliced lengthwise into slivers
a red leaf lettuce leaf
mayo
and the top slice of toast

OMG I was in heaven!!
