One of my friends gave me a gift certificate to Red Lobster.

So tonight I got takeout on my way to work. I had their chicken tortilla soup and of course some biscuits.

It was suppose to be lunch but it didn't happen until about 5 pm.
Made it to Table Rock and had a very late picnic lunch

I did some cooking yesterday, therefore, it's left over night.

such as...spaghetti squash, chicken in tomato, basil, and sherry, wild rice, pasta salad, fruit salad and sloppy joe....so, yeah not cooking today.

I've been eating a lot of spaghetti and meat sauce over the past few months.

So tonight to spice things up I used tri-color rotini instead of spaghetti.

A very exciting culinary experience!

Tonight... I made pasta salad with salmon and artichoke quarters, capers, dill, and a bit too much sweet red pepper. It was good anyway.

Served with a side of football. Yes!

Baked beans with shredded pork mixed in, pototo salad, slaw - all from local deli. To drink, I had two very large glasses of ice cold milk. I want another glass but too full from the first two. I LOVE MILK!!!!

Crumbled lean turkey sauted with button mushrooms, fiesta corn, Garden Delights veggie pasta with just enough sweet and smoky bbq sauce to taste and delectable spices. I sprinkled a little bit of Mexcian blend shredded cheese on top and it was super yummy.

I bought a bunch of grass fed meat from the co-op this past Saturday and in the mix of it all were some beautiful short ribs. So, I am cooking braised short ribs with onion, bell peppers, celery, okra, tomatoes, Chayote squash and a blend of savory seasonings. This will feed me for a couple of days.
