Homemade Chicken Tortilla Soup! Big chunks of chicken (cheated and bought a rotisserie chicken at the deli), rice, onion, cilantro, lime, tortilla strips and avocado wedges. Simmered most of the day.....
Sooooo good!

I made spaghetti pie last night, yum yum.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

four ounces of spaghetti, cooked al dente

two whole eggs

four egg whites

one half cup of shredded mozzarella

Fast Freddie's store made chicken sausage, partially cooked

grated parmesan cheese

Let pasta and sausage cool, and mix together the first five ingredients. Pour into casserole, and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

and dessert is a cup of Jello vanilla pudding. After the wings I need something a tad cooling for the tongue.
