So far, I am munching on some fresh, raw farmers cheese made from grass-fed goats...well not from the goats themselves silly...from their milk!

Not sure what I will have for my actual dinner, maybe Koftas (Kaftas) and a blend of fresh Molucan spinach leaves and sweet potato leaves, along with some red and green okra that was just picked today.
