At the Housing Works Bookstore/Café: a copy of "Eloise takes a Bawth", signed by illustrator (first edition) for $7.20, a copy of "Luxe Knits: the accessories", brand new, for $10.40, two bottles of decorative read ink from France for $1.00 each.

so this is something i NEVER do...until today! the girls and i got some scratcher tickets for christmas and all together we won $27. YAY! so i took them to safeway to redeem them and decided to spend another $3 on three more scratchers. and get this, i won $100 on one and $10 on the other!! i was so excited. until i walked outside and watched an old lady slam her car door into my car door leaving a dent the size of my hand.

you can't win 'em all, i 'spose.
