Red and green tamales are on today's dinner menu. We are keeping it simple, and having sour cream and guacamole with them. Pecan pie for dessert.

Hickory smoked ham, turkey breast with stuffing and gravy, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, corn, beet salad, cranberry sauce, and for dessert tiramisu. As usual, I've cooked enough for a starving battalion....anyone want leftovers?

Tonight was nothing special just noodles meat and tomatoes

Now tomorrow I treat myself to a lamb chop and I think some angel hair pasta side dish with broccoli

I made up a stew ...10 quarts of it.

Even the dogs would not touch it until I added a handful of grated mild cheddar cheese to their bowls.

Sometimes the make up a recipe does pretty good. This was not one of those

On Christmas Eve..gren made up some chili..tiny meatballs...little tiny barbeque hot dog type things...nacho chips with cheese and salsa

Christmas was Ham..homemade mac and cheese...mashed potatoes...broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onion, and brussel sprouts sauteed in butter and garlic (grens request), rolls....and caramel apple pie for dessert.
