Really good! But also a tad bit mad at myself because I have been eating all kinds of crap and gained back all the weight I lost........ Why oh why am I having such a hard time sticking with the low carb way of eating? I did it 6-7!yrs ago I guess it was? And I lost 150lbs! And I exercised faithfully every single day and I looked and felt great. But now? I dunno what the deal is.........

I feel pretty darn good. I woke up and decided life is too darned short to hold grudges and be angry with people who mean a lot to you. I decided to take a chance and "extend the olive branch" to someone who meant a lot to me at one time, and I guess deep down still does. Now that I left a voice message and text I feel better. Even if she does not reply, at least I feel better for doing it. Cloudy and dreary here but I have this weekend off to look forward to!!!!!!! Hopefully it will be a unicorns and rainbows kind of day!!!!!
