IM not sure but it will def involve some of my mommas cooking im sure......oh and lots of wine and alcohol since whenever my mom comes to town suddenly we have a liquor cabinet again lolololol

my mom needs to have her wine and her beer and everyone else around her does too...lol

We had grilled cheese, deviled egg potato salad, mac 'n cheese and I had cranberry apple juice and Organic had unsweetened tea.

Pan seared curried scallops with feta and capers over fettucini. My favorite obviously.

Ihad spagetti squash with a pat of butter. I cannot eat butter anymore!I got nauseated and thought I was going to be ill. I was able to stay it off. This is twice now I tried to eat butter. And twice the same reaction. I dont need a third time...

I had a lettus and tomato salad with a can of tuna over it,then I made my own vinigarett dressing for it.No bread,crackers of any kind...no carbs at all.

I met some friends at Moe's Southwest Grill after work. We usually eat there at least once a week. I got a kid's meal tonight because the adult burritos are HUGE! My meal consisted of a tofu burrito, chips & salsa, a drink, and a cookie. For some reason the meal was called "moo moo mr. cow"

I made a dish that consisted of baked beans, onion, turkey bacon (torn into small pieces) ground turkey and a little bit of brown sugar. I do not make it all that often. My bro said hy liked it...LOL

Cold chicken in a huge green salad with low-fat Catalina. Filling and yummy at the same time. Dessert was creme brulee` flavored coffee with splenda to make it really sweet.

I made 'kitchen sink' tuna salad. I like to chop up all my fresh veggies and mix together with tuna eggs and eat on toast. I have a hard time eating fresh veggies. LOL

Tonight I am making bbq ribs for my Daddy cuz he says there's not a restaurant out there that can touch my ribs. I think he's perhaps a tad biased. When I told him I was making him ribs tonight he said oh good, it's my last day working this week so I can make a pig out of myself, lol. Now I have to decide what I'm going to make to go with them!
