The first gas fill-up of the season for my big, bad, butch scooter!! YAY!! A whopping ten dollars for approximately 180 miles (three gallon tank)! It may not be a Harley, but I love love love my scooter!

I just bought a little Hyundai, and filled it for the first time a few days ago. I got about 250 miles on the first tank!

A get-well card for my brother-in-law.

I haven't bought my lunch in a whole month, not since I brought my new car home. That was the deal I made with myself; I still go out fairly often to restaurants at night, but I save about $200 a month, bringing lunch every day, which, as it turns out, is effortless.

On the way back from a meeting that ended an hour early, I bought myself flowers. My office is sunny and spacious but kind of spartan—I'm sort of neatnik—so the flowers really "pop." I forgot that I like flowers. I wonder how many things I like, that I've forgotten. I'm going to start making a list, and going out to get them.
