The GF is making dinner while I am washing/drying and making the bed with clean sheets.
Homemade cornmeal crust pizza, with olives, hot Italian sausage, caramelized onions and garlic. Also, a salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, avocados, shredded carrots and balsamic dressing. Yes, she is an awesome cook and I will do sheets any day for one of her meals.

Today was the final day of my birthday week, so we brunched at my sisters house, and my wonderful wife took me to a steak house for dinner.

I did wind up with real food! I had the last of the taco salad (lean hamburger, romaine, chips, guac, salsa (mix of jarred and fresh), taco sauce, Mexican blend shredded cheese, corn and light sour cream).
I've taken out kielbasa for tonight. I've got some produce that needs to be eaten up, so I'll sauté that and the sausage and lay it on a bed of rice, probably basmati. |
