Becoming Family to someone who has none...
Having a client knock on my door, and give me a hug and thank you card because I spent some quality time with them everyday while they stayed at our facility Only meeting because I was dropping off supplies and they called for help so I went in and attended to them, and listening to her story as I adjusted her leg because the sheets were tangled, and listening. Life connects us to people more than we realize, and friends and memories are made if we act on them. The little things mean so much... |

Even though the window at the post office was closed... I was able to get one of the books I ordered....it fit in the PO Box and the postmaster was nice enough to leave it in there.... and I also had a Backpacker waiting for me...
