I had my turkey kielbasa mix (kielbasa, onions, mushrooms) on a bed of basmati rice. with a salad (mixed greens, tomatoes, cukes, tangy tomato dressing and bacon bits) and the last of my pomegranate Vitamin water.

Dessert is Twizzlers and gummy bears because they go with everything.

Took Kevie for a long walk late afternoon. I packed a bowl, ice water with lots of ice cubes for him. Humidity is gosh awful. When we returned, he stuck his head right where the a.c. was blowing in his face. I turned a powerful fan on him too. Poor fellow was panting something fierce! Then I changed my wet clothes into P.J.s ... we took a nap in my frosty bedroom. I woke up freezing ... what better than hot potato soup?
