My mini doxie grabbing a waffle that flew out of the toaster and onto the floor..Grabbed it so fast all i saw was a small dog with a waffle bigger than her head flying under the sofa with it and next..*crunching* noises..

I loved reading this, Contessa! I have a "tweenie" dachshund who is constantly underfoot when I am cooking, hoping I drop ANY morsel at all....I have to be careful because if it is hot she would get burned! Thanks for the smile with this post!

I went to dinner with my mom, sister and the foster kids tonight.
On our way out to the cars, my sister was carrying the little one. He was pointing to the sky. She came over to me and said to him "tell her what you just said" He pointed to the sky and said "It's not dyke"
I had to think about that one. Finally I said "You're right, it's not dark" My sister said it took her a lot longer to figure out what he was saying.
Those boys are so precious. They make me smile every time I see them!
