Just finished tidying up after dinner..and the house in general..the landlord is coming in tomorrow to do his laundry. I will be at work with Teddy tomorrow, so that's all good...
Now I'm just trying to stay awake...but I have been up since 530..so I guess there is no shame in sleeping this early....lol |

I just sat down to have a bit of a break while supper is simmering on the stove. I made Pho soup for supper and I also made an Angel Cake to go with a triple berry compote that I put together to serve over the cake, as well as a scoop or two of Vanilla ice cream (for dessert).
I can hardly wait to have supper because while shopping at the grocery store today, I found a set of ceramic soup bowls and matching spoons that are china white and have Blue Dragons, on them. So,,,, after I finish my cup of tea, it's supper time.

I've been posting picture of surrealist art (paintings) and I'm also making another batch of Pho! I wish I had Saigon Cinnamon: I read a little bit about how this spice has been used before in Pho and I imagine it's hard to come by. But I want some!
