Tonight I cooked chicken roasted thighs with garlic & mushrooms, then topped with a mango/avocado/cayenne salsa and served with sauteed zucchini, sweet pepper and onion, and a small baked sweet potato.

I'm not good with deserts, I'd have to try maybe baking some toll house chocochip cookies with either m&ms in them or a hershey's kiss in the middle all melted and gooey. I can't have but a little desert so you'd get most of the cookies. I'm diabetic.

See above, although I warn you....I think ketchup cooked on meatloaf is a crime. If you want to dunk it, that's fine but hot ketchup, with the nasty skin on it, is just not right and I cannot condone it.

I HAD wanted some jerk chicken but the restaurant was closed because of a frozen pipes...soo...

I got Dairy Queens $5 lunch...chicken strips, fries, root beer and a sundae...

Not healthy but I was soooo hungry. Jerk chicken would've been soo much gooder though...
