I had fresh salsa with white corn chips, fresh pineapple spears and a multigrain Flat Out flatbread with flax smeared with light sour cream and salsa and rolled around some yummy mesquite chicken strips. I should have had water but I opted for soda because tonight was bring on the acid night. I did, however, snack on pear praline crunch, which was super sweet and delicious!

Chicken tortilla soup. Yum. What made it even better was that I cheated, it was from Costco. Easy comfort food. Really, some of the best I have had.

Leftover homemade chili. Fabulous the first time, even better the second time around after it "got acquainted" for a few days in the freezer. YUM.

I actually had a healthy, homey dinner tonight. Turkey meatloaf (made my usual way with lots o' veggies), brown wild rice and broccoli cuts. I did have some gummy bears for dessert but less than usual.

Went to Red Robin with a group of friends and was able to see a friend of mine who moved to Las Vegas and came down to visit for a few days. It was a great night!! I had a turkey burger with fries :-D
