When I came home from work this morning, I made myself scrambled eggs and honey 7 grain toast with butter and this wonderful homemade ginger peach jam. I heated water in my kettle and had blueberry white tea by Tim Hortons because I had my intake of coffee for the day at work.

I rose late today and made a breakfast for both my son and I, which I prepared part of it last night because I knew I was not getting up early at all. We are having an Egg Souffle casserole that I made with left over pork roast, brown eggs with half and half cream, baby red potatoes, fresh basil and rosemary, and seasoned with a touch of cinnamon and a fleck or two of nutmeg, sea salt, cracked pepper and a sprinkling of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Honey-buttered toast on the side, too.
However, we're waiting for the two apple pies I am baking in the oven because we're having apple pie served with French Vanilla Ice Cream for supper; and while we wait, I'm going to make a cup of coffee (w/ cream, honey & cinnamon) for both of us.

lol i typically have the same thing....honey bunches of oats with almonds....very little milk...and fruit of some kind....grapefruit preferably..but it was a bad year for grapefruit....yogurt when i think to get some.....lol im not fussy....but today i had noodles and saurkraut for breakfast...i was just in the mood for leftovers....  oh then after i had already eaten my mom called me to meet at the restaurant down the street from me....so i went there and had half a cinnamon bun....didnt love it...hence only half...dogs got the rest.... well cricket did....the poodle is too fussy....lol |
