A pumpkin smoothie with almond milk, flax seeds, some spices and other things. A cup of organic coffee with coconut oil. Also vitamins with a large glass of water.

Not really breakfast but more of a morning snack...a banana and a couple of gingerbread cookies which will tie me over until lunch and I also had a glass of water which I always have first thing in the morning to break the fast.

In a little bit I'll make a cup of green tea.
