I have a leftover chicken breast in the fridge, and will have that along with some freshly steamed green beans, and roasted summer squash...crookneck and zucchini.

strawberry/honey yogurt with sliced banana and TJ's coconut/ cranberry granola.

a slice of provolone cheese

and a navel orange.

I have NO ENERGY to even remotely cook tonight....

I had a sunflower crunch salad (smoked bacon, sunflower seeds, carrots, cabbage, romaine, kale, green onions and sweet onion and citrus dressing), soda and pepper jack cheese slices on sweet & spicy chipotle Wheat Thins.

Soooo good.

I asked my honey out for a date night.....we had: coal fired pizza for me....white pie with sausage, black olives, sun dried tomatoes, and arugala....her: calzone with sausage and sun dried tomatoes. These each were personal sizes...we shared a Greek salad and some mozzarella slices deep fried....yum....

Tonight's fare will be: made up as I go along...involving fresh herbs: mint, rosemary, and thyme, fresh ground sausage, fresh baby asparagus spears, butternut squash cubes, cherry tomatoes, and wild rice/quinoa mix.....were there to be any nori around, perhaps it would turn out to be ...lol I am certain it IS going to be fabulous....

ETA: Omg was this good....the herbs were sage, mint, and chives. It was a one pot mix of comfort food....so delish. My shot from the hip "recipes" usually turn out well...this one sure did.
