At this point if I ate an actual meal my body wouldn't know what to do with it...

I've seriously just been snacking to get by. I've not wanted to cook or I've just not had the time...such is life

That smoked salmon I meant to have yesterday but finished off the bbq instead.

Also, a baked sweet potato, and a vegetable blend of broccoli, green beans, red peppers, and mushrooms (freezer bag)

There was a request for chili dogs, so I'm simmering the chili now. Earlier I made cole slaw, deviled eggs, and a fruit salad to go with. The chili is smelling good.

I made some comfort food...

White rice which I added veggies to...a burger patty pan fried and cut up in the rice with salt and pepper. It's been a fave forever. And I rarely eat beef but....yeah I did
