I made for lunch what I planned to have for dinner last night...and I had those leftovers for dinner tonight.....
Chicken fajitas...sort of... Cubed chicken sauteed in olive oil with mixed pepper strips...I added some black beans...sprinkled it with taco seasoning...some Mexican cheese over it and threw it all on a tortilla ... Mexican rice on the side Pumpkin ice cream for dessert

my stomach hasn't been right since I started the med medication. Seems the only thing I can handle is either Pb & J or rice. Although, I do eat other things it just makes me feel like crap after. So, I went with something safe tonight and had rice.

nuked a package of frozen steamer mixed vegetables, part of a Cadbury Dairy Milk milk chocolate bar, four one-ounce packets of philidelphia cream cheese, Queen Anne Milk Chocolate Cordial Cherries, large milk x 2
The idea is to take a bite of a chocolate covered cherry, then a bite of the cream cheese. Quite tastey!  And you have to have extra milk to wash all that sweet, heavy stuff down. At least, for tonight, that is my excuse as to why I had to have two glasses of milk.

I picked up a couple of "Hilary's Eat Well" organic veggie burgers to try when I was at the grocery store the other day. Tonight I am having the green chili & cumin adzuki bean burger with a salad. They are good to have around when I don't feel like cooking.
