Been getting asked this today/tonight:
"How do I put a thread on ignore?" Here's the answer: Just go into the thread (like you are reading or posting on it), then go to "thread tools" on the green bar, then select "ignore this thread" on the drop down menu. Voila! You can also reverse that process if you decide to return to the thread.
