I settled on a pot of garlic chicken and 3-rice, (brown, black and red rice mixed together) with a side of steamed broccoli. Not fancy, but sure is good.

Put a 4.5 lb. chuck roast in crockpot with those beef flavored pellets. Cooked a huge pot of creamed potatos, made enormous bowl of slaw with farmer's market fresh tomatos and vidalia onions chipped up in it very small, black-eyed peas cooked with a chunk of ham, half a bakers sheet of cornbread and gallon of tea.

I have a fast-paced training class until noon everyday for the next 2 weeks (Design Patterns in Microsoft Visual C# 2010) - that is why I cooked such large quantities ... can study in evenings and not worry about dinner this week.

Pulled pork, macaroni salad, cucumber salad and a Pellegrino. It was quite yummy. The macaroni salad came out perfect.

last night was dinner with her Mom and step Dad. We went out for BBQ. Baby back ribs, coleslaw, crinkle cut fries with ketchup, toast, and coke.
