It was more of a linner or dunch but I had a small bowl of chicken pot pie soup with a toasted sandwich on multigrain bread, spicy brown mustard, smoked ham and provolone with some Bag of Bones Cheetos.

Tonight? Who knows?

A cup of southwestern black bean and vegetable soup, small salad and there is a baked pear for dessert later if I want it. Pretty full though, may have the pear with breakfast.

Sautéed greens (kale, brocolli, brussel sprouts, red and white cabbage), mixed with quinoa, lots of toasted almonds and a little lemon juice. Finished off with a glass of dry sherry.

This came out good. I love when my experiments work

unlike yesterday when I added a teeny weeny bit of a habernaro pepper to my green juice. Ouch!

Moe's Southwest grill and I LOVE their "Close Talker" (a taco salad with all sorts of goodies in it)...so yes, most likely that!...

One onion diced / saute in butter
1//2 lb mushrooms sliced on bottom of baking dish
1 can chicken broth
2 large thick pork chops seared with Dale's and powdered garlic ...place on top of mushrooms /broth ...place onions on top of chops.

Bake at 350° (covered) til super tender. Remove chops .... add flour / water mix for gravy / soup

Cook minute rice in chicken broth... add several mushrooms and diced bell peppers. Add. Green onions at end. Will add herbs at some point.

I had nachos from this dive bar type place in West Asheville...

They were made with black beans, pico, something that looked like cole slaw but tasted awesome. I had them add this nummy chicken that was maeinates beer n chilies...and yes there was some kind of cheese...and scallions...which are green...so it was healthy...

For dessert...which I had first....

A brownie sundae with a scoop of nutella ice cream and one of salted caramel...a liberal sprinkle of nuts...and no whipped cuz they ran out...I was sad since it was vegan coconut whipped cream...which would have made it healthy...so the nuts will have to suffice for that...
