Seeing someone I had not seen in a very long time.....she was my first crush when I came out and was running around the bars at the age of 19. She still looks great; and the kicker: she works in my building!!
I've never even had a conversation with her all these years....there was just something about her back then that made me crush on her, and I felt 19 for a few seconds today as she walked past me. I think I smiled the rest of the day.

This was actually yesterday...
I was driving home through Saskatoon downtown, and stopped at a corner. We're in road works season, and the crosswalk was really bumpy. A woman with a tiny baby in a pram was pushing it gingerly across the bumps, and the baby kicked its feet and raised its fists up going over a little bump as if to say WHEEE! Best laugh I had all day! |
