I made the dogs brown rice and veggies before I left for work. I had some of that with some olive oil and spices, and then had an orange at work...I was craving them...

I have a slammich in the oven as we speak. It consists of freshly sliced dark brown pumpernickel bread, horse radish mustard, lean roast beef, black forest ham, and muenster cheese. Once it's out of the oven, I will toss on some slices of tomato. Don't be a hater!

Small can of Hormel chili (no beans kind) and huge glass of milk. Wasn't much hungry, didn't finish the chili but the milk was, as always, FABULOUS!

We went to Panera...both had the new french onion soup, He had the ham sandwich, I had the Sierra Turkey... was so yummy since it was cold and gloomy today.

I made lasagna with ground beef, onions, zucchini, huge sliced portabello mushrooms, ricotta, parmesan, and mozarella. No noodles!! It was very good.

I used a beer batter, with Shiner Boch. It was delish on the fish and shrimp only.
Thinking, fried Mac and cheese? Green beans? Too bad there are no more Twinkie, just kidding..lol
And for dessert, the grocery store was handing out samples of Greek honey yogurt. Can I just say YUM! So I marched, that's right, marched over to get blackberries and bananas to dip in it.
