Had an easy-peasy ride this morning while listening to an audio book and looking out the window at a cloudy sky.

Had some nice but slower rides last week.

Had a good cardio ride this morning. Rode 7 miles in 31.5 minutes while listening to music and watching a riding bike tour online. Last weeks numbers were:

Rode 41.7 miles in 2hrs 52mins
500 arm rolls

Had a good ride this morning while watching a bike tour through Switzerland on the internets and listening to a music playlist. Clocked in 6.4 miles in 30 minutes. That's pretty good. Could do better, but could do worse. Last weeks numbers were low:

Rode 32.2 miles in 2.73 hours
Completed 390 arm rolls

Earlier this week I decided to increase the circle in my arm rolls and ended up pulling my back out of whack from overdoing it! It was a struggle, but I thought I was doing okay. I didn't feel the pain till the next day. Thank goodness it only lasted for a couple days and I'm better now. Have gone back to doing smaller circles. Will slowly increase the circle size over the next couple weeks. Maybe.

Had another good ride this morning while listening to some Motown tunes. Had a hard time finding my groove, but it all came together once I turned off the news and plugged into a playlist. Rode 6.5 miles in 31 minutes. Last weeks numbers were:

Rode 34.1 miles in 2 hrs 33 mins
Completed 180 arm rolls

I have increased the circle size in my arm rolls but am not able to accomplish more than 50 rolls in one sitting. Big difference from doing the smaller arm rolls. LOL.

Had an okay ride this morning. Rode 6.4 miles in 30 minutes but it was a struggle. Last week I ate a lot of food that wasn't good for my arthritis, but it was good and comforting food that served a purpose.

Last week's numbers are:

Rode 38.5 miles in 3hrs 4mins
Completed 200 arm rolls

Rode 38.5 miles in right around 3 hours? That's fantastic! I don't think I could crawl 3 miles even if given all day.

It's sobering realizing just how quickly it is before that old saying move it or lose it starts to ring true. Today I did 4 half sit ups, 10 half push ups, then spent a couple hours on my feet moving heavy boxes full of canned goods around.
