I put it in the slow cooker at 10 am, went out riding all day. Got home at 7 pm just in time for it to be perfect. NICE!!!!

I am sure you know what prednisone does to you . I am not on high dosage , but I am hungry all the times. I can't sleep and I am going to fridge all the time . My daughter in law bought me 10 LB of fish .

I cook in it microwave which it unusual to me , but keep eating , but as you know that's prednisone . I am happy that I don't have mood swings since prednisone it does to you .

Maybe I should start taking that stuff. I have lost 20 lbs in the past year and a half. I eat sometimes, but mostly do not feel like it. Sad, because I love to cook, but I don't very much anymore. It would just go to waste.

Baked Salmon in a marinade of Olive Oil, Fish Sauce, Sriracha, Garlic, Lemon Juice, and Honey

Roasted Zucchini and New potatoes or a baked sweet potato. Still making a last minute decision.

I made up the marinade. We shall see how it turns out. Was a bit tart to me but I didn't need the sweet today.

Plain and simple tonight since needed to use it up. Ate the rest of the pizza that tastes like school pizza. LOL! Square and American cheese doctored up with garlic, Italian herbs, and peppers. All gone so tomorrow I get to cook something new. Am thinking of going to buy an end of ham to make ham and bean soup. Let it simmer all day. YUM!
