Great. It's so nice to be home. The city feels like home; familiar, warm and welcoming, connected. So glad I didn't postpone this visit. I want to retire here, but I dont' know how I'd handle the snow. I'll see how I feel about being home when it's time to leave, but right now I'm lovin' this.

Good and overwhelmed in a good way.
I start a new job next week that will be rolled in in addition to the work I already do. Plus balancing family/life. It's all good and all stuff I love but more on the ol' plate to figure out and schedule in! Feeling spread thin. Feeling thankful for the opportunities that come with the new job. |

Feeling awesome and happy and excited for the weekend ahead.
This morning I kind of felt like I was getting sick/fighting a cold. I have this old trick where when I feel like that I stop and write thank you cards to people in my life and put them in the mail. It almost always makes me feel better and it did today. Not sure the science behind it. |

Feeling refreshed after my day off ,and ready to claim the day
Mr cat decided to be very vocal this morning about his hunger issue, he acts as if he hasn't eaten in days. I am starting to think it's the new food I have him on. I guess the all natural healthy stuff must be easier to digest and move through the body quick. Less fillers |

I feel pretty good! Being in the pool a couple hours, exercising, then a warm shower & to bed at 1000pm....I always sleep so much better!!
