Ive thought about some kind of interventio for loseing weight besides diet and exersiseing but feel with all ppl I know who have done this have gone thrue I will pass on the issue and keep doing what im doing,atleast in geting healthyer,

I'm making my uber secret recipe mac and cheese (it's killer) for a bunch of friends... a big salad... homemade rice pudding and peach cobbler for dessert!

Omelet made with fresh (laid today) eggs, super sharp cheddar, sweet onion, Black Forest Ham and topped with some Tabasco. I'm so stuffed right now.

I did a Szechuan stir-fry with broccoli, red peppers, carrots and onions over brown rice. For Smooth I did a pan-fried pepper chicken and for me I did a vegetarian chicken patty.

Later, we have mini cups of ice cream. Yum!

An incredible gin and tonic made with Green Juniper organic London dry gin to start, sipped on the deck, steamed young artichokes from the green market with garlic and basil aïoli, blue corn chips and homemade smoking salsa (with fresh scotch bonnet pepper!), and raspberry sorbet for dessert. It was an eclectic but delectable supper!

willing to share the recipe for the rice pudding? i haven't found a decent one yet. also, if you have a recipe for a chiffon cheesecake, i could be persuaded to do most anything for it.

Left over roast chicken, mushrooms stuffed with cheese, breadcrumbs and chilli and probably some lovely soft granary bread. It's a quarter after 8 pm here so it's a late dinner for us.
