lol... no to the carrots in the mac n cheese; they were on the side and yes they were blanched. i can't eat them too crunchy because of my ugly betty's. i try to stay away from corn because it's a gmo and high in starch and sugar.

I am having a 4 course meal..lol
1st truffle caramel tea
2nt Beef broth
3rd A nice amount of jello
4th a big glass of cold water.

Trying to make myself believe its steak,potaoes,drink ..lol
On an all liquid diet..off and on since a week ago.
Be glad when it is over..ha

My girl and I are planning on making a stir fry (noodles, veggies, chicken and honey garlic sauce) and a salad which she has already made. Maybe opening up a bottle of wine.....maybe a beer.....get the candles out......music.......relax and have a nice supper at home.....
