I was watching when they shut down the freeway and I laughed so hard I cried. I loved it. Then again I am weird like that. There is supposed to be another portest in the next couple of months.
My BIG question about aalllllllllll of stupidnator's cutbacks and education is this; "Where IS alllllll of the lottery money?" Way back when voters first voted on the lottery the KEY selling point was money for education. We had one scratcher and one lottery drawing a week. We now have about 22 scratchers and gawd knows how many daily lottery, bi-weekly and weekly drawings. So just WHERE is alllllll that money? sweetcali |

sweet...........I have the same questions........however
my joy is in the street protest.........stopping everyday life......the commute is hell.........shutting down a major freeway exchange......an act of courage..... Imagine stepping out on a 4 lane freeway exchange.....I was at the golden gate bridge when traffic was stopped. quality higher education is the cornerstone of a democracy..... Those kids thought it was worth the risk inherent in stepping into traffic with a speed limit of 50mph..... ACT-UP FIGHT BACK
