Last night I made chicken, penne, sauteed green peppers and onions, garlic, and sundried tomato garlic alfredo sauce
Today we had Smokey Bones ribs and baked beans...yummmmm

I'm taking my niece to Seattle to visit my YA YA BFF tonight. She has declared it grillin' and chillin' nite. Since she is a whiz with savory kebab combos on the grill, I'm guessing that' what we are having.

forgot to bring dinner to work AGAIN.....but last night i had a very good dinner....avocado with my favorite new pink salt....a white fleshed nectarine....SO nummy! and some trail mix which i didnt love....but rediscovered how much i heart yogurt covered raisins
tonight its lifesavers cuz thats what i got

We got up early today and went to the Farmer's Market.
I ended up making roasted red peppers with organic extra virgin olive oil drizzled over them. I roasted some beets and sauteed the greens in olive oil and garlic and onions. We got some heirloom tomatoes so I made a salad with fresh basil and freshly grated romano cheese, olive oil and balsamic. It was all quite tasty. We had a baguette too. |

My honey made a sampler dinner with little dishes of cheese, rice crackers, tomato, avocado, greek olives, two kinds of hummus, and hearts of palm. SOOO yummy!!
