They don't taste like anything....so I make a lemon avacado dressing to go over them.... They are good to help you feel full and get that pasta like effect....but I can't handle them naked.

A glass of milk...

...I waited too long to eat (several times) today and got off schedule on my meds. Right now, milk is the only thing that tastes normal and won't spike my blood sugar.

With help from a bottle of trader joes general tso's sauce... I made general tso bean curd with onions, garlic, broccoli and mushrooms. I eat it like this without the rice.. too many carbs for a diabetic.

Just jo... I also waited too long... but seem to be doing ok with the beancurd... don't have to do shots yet, just pills so it's easier to control. Hope you feel up to something more substantial soon!!!

Had homemade chicken parmesan over alfredo noodles with flaky biscuits and a glass of red wine for dinner, and a kiwi for dessert. Still sipping some red wine and eating a few belgian chocolate thin crisps.
