I actually have quite a difficult time with my job, so here's my attempt at being positive ...

* the kids getting used to me and feeling more comfortable in using English and interacting with a foreigner
* seeing the teachers become more confident in their use of English
* seeing the teachers implement teaching strategies that I've suggested, but what makes me even happier is when they adapt the suggestions
