It rained from about 3pm yesterday to about 11pm and then it picked up again before I woke at 6 something. It's supposed to rain all morning. It's in the 50s though and my car is getting washed, so I can't complain.

The weather's kind of crazy but I prefer the up and down versus the getting slammed every weekend like last year thing.
Rain tonight, turning into rain and snow and snow showers between midnight and 5am-ish. Providence is getting between 3-8 inches of wet, heavy, slushy snow and we're scheduled for about 3 inches here. |

I took shoveling duty this time, Corkey. I stopped counting at 7 inches but it's hard to count when some of it is soft and some of it is squishy with water.
The plows came for a few hours and left, a LOT more snow fell and now it looks like a mushy, fluffy snow graveyard. It's about 30 now and will drop to the mid teens tonight. Tomorrow will be sunny, so there will be melting. Last edited by Gemme; 02-05-2016 at 04:18 PM. |
