If you could only wear underwear that felt good to the touch or underwear that looked smashing on you, but never have both at the same time, what would you choose?

Miss_Tia
03-24-2010, 10:40 PM
that would depend on my purpose of wearing that underwear. If its to be comfortable and sensual, I would go for the one that felt good to the touch.

If I wanted to entice visually, it would be the one that looked great on me

could you tolerate a scent you hate if the person you love loves it, or would it be a deal breaker if she/he wouldnt stop wearing it?

Had ta answer this one cause smell is a huge part of who I am. There is no scent that I hate. Everyone smells completely unique to me, even wearing the same cologne. I sometimes like the way a person's smell mixes with certain colognes better... but I wouldnt know unless the person already likes and wears it anyway.

The doctors demanded my family tell my grandmother she was dying.
I was chosen to do this. Why, I have no idea since she truly despised me.
We surrounded her bed and at that very moment she opened her eyes.

She made a comment about dreaming. I said, using names, "Grandma, your mother and your father, and your sons, and your husband are here to take care of you now. You're going to be with them."

She looked at me for a moment. I continued, "It's a warm day outside. Spring is going to be here any time now."

"Oh Good," she replied and smiled. She closed her eyes and never said another word again. She died that evening as my cousin and I each held her hand.

I think ALL children are "different". If you mean Gay...I knew I was attracted to girls from the age of about 11. We would play house and I always wanted to be the mom. I grew up and had a few encounters with other feminine women. I was around 38 when I discovered butches and from the first time I kissed my first butch it finally all fell into place. I am now exclusive with only masculine women.

I think test lab animals should be switched with prisoners. Let the prisoners be tested on since we are looking for results on humans anyhow. Give the animals clean cells, health care, food, recreation and let the prisoners be tested on.

Yes, I believe in the death penalty. If the prisoners died in labs like the animals do. Tortured daily and usually die years later a really slow, inhumane death.

I would most likely approach them if I believed others gossip about gossip but I would not "confront" them. Until I speak with a person, face to face, who is suppossedly gossiping about me, it is nothing but hearsay.

I would hope that by the past middle age that many of us are here, we would be past knee jerk reactions and use some of our life wisdom in such matters.

I will speak to someone directly, rather than behind their back, if there is an issue that needs addressing. I will definitely correct anything that effects my profession. The rest I dismiss, sadly, along with some loss of respect for them as humans.

I find there are those who enjoy gossiping, and those who don't. I prefer people who don't gossip, because it is a sign of integrity to me. I find people who really enjoy gossiping rarely care about the truth. They usually need to put others down in order to feel good about themselves. How attractive is that?

In regards to relationships, do you believe in second chances?

Here are some of my thoughts:
"Everything happens for a reason."
May never know the reason; and in the end it's really not necessary. Some happenings are building blocks, some are whole within themselves. All are there to learn a little bit more of what I want, what I need, and how I choose to respond.

"If it's meant to be."
Involves the belief in destiny. I've pondered this one for years and have found myself on both sides of the question.

"If you love someone, let them go..."
Unconditional love, the acceptance of what is, and the ability to live a joyful life regardless of the outcome.

Do I believe in second chances? Yes. I have been blessed with one.

I would spend 250 million on a housing initiative and get architects suppliers and local governments to contribute, and build tens or hundreds of thousands of homes/homesteads/dwellings worldwide to be given away. Taxes to be paid from trust in perpetuity.
I would buy several blocks surrounding me for 20 million and offer free houses to friends and artists and musicians and actors and filmmakers and writers that I like.
10 million to pay off all the debt of relatives and friends and pay off their mortgages and several private gifts.
200 million to vaccinate against preventable childhood illnesses.
50 million to the American Visionary Art Museum.
250 million to build and fund a small American Folk Art and Craft museum.
50 million for an 8mm and Super8 film archive.
20 million to the library of congress film archive.
100 million for an agency to assist women and LGBT refugees.
The rest if there was any I would spend on a whim.

Have you ever betrayed a confidence just to score points with another person?

NO. Nobody likes a snitch.

If someone you could trust told you, you could become a millionaire in One year, But... to get the money, you had to become homeless for One year, take with you only two pairs of clothes, some personal items, and ten dollars, ask no friends or relatives for anything, you could not have your job, and had to figure out a way to survive (a homeless shelter, panhandling, abandoned car, or building etc). Would you do it?

I probably would not. I live too much in the moment now.

If you received a million dollars that you could not keep or give to family/friends, what would you do with it?

I would disperse it to charities that don't get a lot of funding.

Get in the car, drive to the store...oh wait, get dressed, get out $20.oo, get in the car, drive to the store. Fill the cart, unwrap one on the way to the counter, get in the car, unwrap another one, then come home and get a bowlfull of them.

What you buy with it if you found $100.oo blowing down the street.

Brilliant re Ireland ... if you have the opportunity, let me be a tour guide for a day in Belfast. I work in London but I'm a Belfast boy (born there and lived there for over 30 of my 35 years) and back there every few weeks. Most tourists / visitors from overseas do Dublin (over-rated city) and the west coast (beautiful scenery and great people) but ignore the harsher, northern part which has beauty, harshness and tears mixed together.

If you do intend to, or would like to, go north, let me know.

I'm a teacher; and I love it :). But if we can't include our own jobs, then a librarian, history professor, or museum curator. Come to think of it, I might still be all those things ;).

What languages do you speak? Have you ever taken lessons or taught yourself a language just for fun?

I only speak English fluently. However, I took two years of German in high school and I still remember some of it now and then. What's funny is that I'll try to think in German but then it tries to come out in Spanish!

The fear I've had every day for 13 years: fear of doing something one day that starts my kids on the road to Jerry Springer-ville.

How would you spend a day in the mall if you had enough money to buy whatever you wanted from any store?

guihong
03-22-2011, 04:31 PM
Assuming that said mall had any store to choose from, that's easy: a bookstore, a music store (both for CD's and sheet music), Lush or B&BW, and a kitchen gadget store. Then to a great restaurant in said mall (sometimes they do exist), to peruse my bookstore findings.

Anything by Taylor Swift-something about her that just rubs me the wrong way.

The last year has been the happiest.

A special wee one is going to be ok, and so is everyone else.
I moved to Canada, settled into the happiest place I've ever been.
I for the first time, look completely forward to the rest of my life.

What has been the happiest time period of your life so far and why?

I have to say this one is heading in that direction.
I am surrounded by love. Not of the romantic kind but spiritual kind.
I am accepted for who I am with no conditions.
My house is a home and i love being here.
I have more time again for me.
I will see where the present takes me.
