The one thing I hate is coming home to an empty house. Nobody there to share your day with. Well I thought to myself while I was working that it would be nice to have someone around that will listen to how your day was. I know for me it's the part that stinks about being single. So feel free to come in and vent or to just say, " Honey I'm home.". :)

Im with you on this one. I live in a 2 story 5BR alone and it was hollow so... I went out and found myself a couple 4 legged children, boxer bulldogs. I had it in my mind that they would just be so happy to see me and run to the door the moment I opened it. However, I sent them to a trainer and they will not even bark unless they see a stranger. So, still an empty house, but I have two of the most well behaved babies in the world. I'm guessing that waiting for the 6ft, brown eyed, 40 something, handsome butch to fall out of the sky and into my world is taking a bit longer than planned I will try a parrot next.

Cinnamon. Just sprinkle where you see them. Sweep into cracks. It's like fire to them. Just cinnamon without sugar of course. Buy it at the dollar store. You can also sprinkle it outside. Try it. It worked for me. :)

For the first time in my life, I got on the scale--after a week of walking a mile everyday--and actually saw a 2 two pound difference. Today is the last day of the mile walk. Starting tomorrow, it is a mile walk and a half mile jog. Wish me luck...lol. I made my son go on a two and half mile bike ride with me; he was not pleased lol. Oh well!
