Good morning everyone
  Wow...I didn't want to get out of bed this morning at all, but so nice to wake up to a yummy breakfast Zimmy, thank you!  Incubus, you're right...they are like savory scones, maybe a little lighter in texture. I lived in Australia for a few years, and the whole biscuit/cookie/scone thing took some adjustments. It is, however, where I got addicted to salt & vinegar chips (crisps) and lamingtons....I adore lamingtons I remember the first time someone invited me over for tea and biscuits....I thought  biscuits? Then got there and OOooooohhhh cookies!  Today is a busy day for me...3 conference calls and have to get the son to a friend's by 2 for a birthday party/sleepover. Think I'll grab the extra big cup of coffee this morning! Have a good day all...and a very happy holiday weekend to those of us celebrating the 4th!   baby....
