When you poke me, i watch for that tiny droplet of blood to form and always grumble if you didn't poke me deep enough. i never look forward to our meetings, and yet everything hinges around them. i know you are doing your job, and who the heck knows where i'd be right now without you, but seriously, i can think of much better things to get poked with.
