nah I'm kidding and I hope you laughed at that because person to person I might said an alternate word to darn.

I get being routine oriented as most onus are...here's the trick include "not smoking " into your routines.

I too am visual with the whole smoking thing I might follow a smoker with my eyes however I've noticed the last several weeks I don't do that anymore.

I might and have been known to ask for one however love it when my friends say oh hell no you don't.
